Sophie joined First Call as an apprentice in 2018. Having proved her worth through hard work and dedication (and passing her driving test!) she became a permanent fixture and now supports the Operations team full time. Sophie is an important addition to the First Call team, having full involvement with our valued clients and technicians on a day to day basis to ensure  a smooth running diary and the odd cup of tea!
