Theresa joined First Call in its infancy, and from the early stages has been heavily involved in the Operations and Logistics of the company, helping to design our event crewing system and client correspondence.  She has a wealth of experience in Operations within the Entertainment industry and is key to the smooth running of the quoting and booking procedures within the company.
